Tai Chi Groups will restart on Monday 3rd October 2011 as follows:

Advanced Group              11.00am until 12 noon
Beginners Group 1           12.30 until 1.30pm
Beginners Group 2           2pm until 3pm

The beginner groups will be a 10 week introduction to tai chi movement and all the exercises/movements can be done seated as well as standing.

All group meetings are held at the Redland Road Scout Hut, Malvern Link.
